Fire Safety Regulation Floor Plans & Orientation Plan
As per the new building safety act, all residential buildings exceeding 18 meters or seven floors in height must maintain Fire Safety Regulation Floor Plans and an Orientation Plan to be kept on site in the secure information box and approved by the local Fire and Rescue Service.
